**Job Title: Gelato Chef**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Gelato Chef to join our team. As a Gelato Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality gelato products, developing new flavors, and maintaining consistency in production. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of gelato-making techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Gelato Production**: Prepare gelato bases and flavors according to recipes and standards.
- **Flavor Development**: Experiment with ingredients and flavors to create unique and appealing gelato varieties.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all gelato products meet quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor ingredient inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient supplies.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Clean and maintain gelato-making equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to coordinate production schedules and tasks.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by offering samples, answering questions about flavors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Menu Development**: Assist in developing seasonal menus and promotional offerings.
- **Training**: Train new team members on gelato-making techniques and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Gelato Chef or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of gelato-making techniques and ingredients.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop new and innovative gelato flavors.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
