**Job Title**: Computer Operator & Online Tendering Officer
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Online Tendering Process**:

- Manage and oversee the complete online tendering process, from identifying relevant tenders to submission and tracking.
- Use various government eTender and eProcurement platforms for bid submissions, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and deadlines.
- Prepare and verify tender documents, including financial bids and technical submissions.
- **Computer Operations**:

- Perform data entry tasks and maintain digital records in an organized manner.
- Type letters and official correspondence in both English and Gujarati with accuracy and professionalism.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data management, and office paperwork.
- Organize and maintain project files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- **Document Preparation**:

- Prepare and edit documents using MS Word and MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Prepare reports, charts, and other data as required by the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in IT or business administration is a plus.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general typing skills in both English and Gujarati.
- **Experience**: Prior experience with online tendering and government procurement portals is highly preferred.
- **Learning Orientation**: Willingness to learn new systems and attend training for the online tendering process if not already experienced.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English and Gujarati for typing, reading, and communication.

**Additional Information**
- **Work Environment**: Office-based, with occasional need for communication with project managers and other site staff.
- **Training**: Provided as needed for those new to tendering or specific eTender platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
