Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers for payments
- Process expense reports and reimbursements
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor and reconcile ledger accounts
- Maintain proficiency in Tally Prime software to efficiently manage financial data

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 5-10 years of proven experience in accounting roles
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software is mandatory
- Strong command over English and Kannada languages
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Handling of complete company accounts
- Handling all banking transactions and interactions
