**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing & Production**:

- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more.
- Integrate music, sound effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance viewer engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to the company’s visual style guidelines.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create compelling thumbnails, banners, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Develop and refine graphic assets for various digital campaigns to strengthen brand identity.
- **Content Strategy & Management**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices for short-form content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute content calendars.
- Manage end-to-end social media workflows, including content scheduling, posting, and basic community engagement.
- **Video Recording & Shooting (preferred)**:

- Assist in on-site or studio video shoots as needed.
- Handle basic camera operations, lighting, and audio setup to ensure professional-quality footage.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Proven expertise in creating engaging YouTube Shorts, Reels, or TikTok videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Experience with basic video recording and shooting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
