**Job Title**: Hospitality Trainer - Street Food Vendor Training

**Location**: Bhubaneswar & Cuttack

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time (Project-based)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled **Hospitality Trainer** to lead training sessions for **street food vendors**, equipping them with essential hospitality, hygiene, customer service, and food handling skills. The trainer will also be responsible for **mobilizing participants**, ensuring high engagement, and providing hands-on support to enhance their businesses.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Mobilization & Outreach**:

- Identify and engage potential **street food vendors** in targeted urban areas.
- Conduct **awareness sessions** to highlight training benefits.
- Collaborate with **local authorities, market associations, and NGOs** to reach vendors.
- Maintain a database of interested participants and track enrollment.

**2. Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive training on **hospitality, customer service, hygiene, food safety, and branding**.
- Deliver **practical demonstrations** on food handling, presentation, and packaging.
- Teach **effective communication skills** to enhance customer relations.
- Provide **financial literacy** guidance for better business management.

**3. Participant Support & Evaluation**:

- Offer **personalized guidance** on improving vendor stalls, menu pricing, and service quality.
- Monitor **progress** through assessments and provide feedback.
- Support vendors in implementing **branding and digital marketing** strategies.
- Assist in **loan facilitation** for vendors through financial institutions.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of **training sessions, participant progress, and success stories**.
- Submit reports on **mobilization efforts, training impact, and vendor outcomes**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **training informal sector workers**.
- Knowledge of **local food culture and business practices**.
- Familiarity with **government schemes and financial assistance programs** for small businesses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
