Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence is seeking a dedicated and dynamic

individual to join the faculty as an Associate Professor specializing in Marketing. The successful

of impactful research in the field of marketing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to

contribute to the academic community and shape future leaders in marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver graduate courses in marketing, ensuring content is current, engaging, and

aligned with industry trends and academic standards.
- Employ innovative teaching methods to foster student learning, critical thinking, and the practical
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their intellectual and professional growth.
- Conduct high-quality research in marketing, publish it in reputable academic journals, and present

findings at conferences.
- Provide leadership and support in the development and implementation of marketing-related

initiatives, both within the institute and in collaboration with external partners.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of marketing

through continuous professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops,

and seminars.

**Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D. in Marketing and X years of experience.

domains such as consumer behavior, marketing strategy, digital marketing, etc.
- A strong record of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals and evidence of ongoing

research activity.
- Successful experience in teaching marketing courses at the graduate level, with a commitment to

innovative pedagogy and student-centered learning.
- Ability to effectively mentor and supervise graduate students in their research endeavors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a

diverse academic environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to service, including engagement with professional organizations and

community outreach activities.
- A professional attitude and a great work ethic.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
