**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Assembly**: Assemble and install CNC and conventional machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.

**Precision Calibration**: Calibrate machines to ensure accuracy and precision in alignment with design requirements.

**Maintenance and Repairs**: Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on both CNC and conventional machines to minimize downtime.

**Quality Control**: Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled machines to ensure they meet required standards for performance and accuracy.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of machine assembly, calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework in machine tool fitting is a plus.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a Machine Tool Fitter with expertise in assembling, calibrating, and maintaining CNC and conventional machines.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.
Understanding of precision measurement tools and techniques.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues efficiently.

**Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure precision in machine assembly and calibration.

**Communication**: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Safety**: Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during machine assembly, maintenance, and repair activities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,801.28 per month
