**1. Handle secretarial work / confidential matters.**

**2. Independently draft/preparation of letters and take care of the official correspondence.**

**4. Proficiency in internet browsing & downloading relevant information.**

**5. Proficiency in MS Office.**

**6. Able to arrange, Coordinate and prepare minutes of the meeting.**

**7. Make travel arrangements. Arrange and manage appointment schedules and calendars for**

**Reporting head.**

**8. Follow up with different departments and give a progress reports of the assigned task.**

**9. Day-to-day co-ordination / correspondence. Documentation / filing papers.**

**10. Maintain MD’s appointment by Planning & Scheduling meetings.**

**11. Prepare agenda, minutes & documents for the meetings, conferences & travel.**

**12. Maintain Database & records.**

**13. Assist MD in day-to-day activities and facilitate the efficient management of MD’s office.**

**14. Ensure effective and timely communications and keep Managing Director well informed.**

**15. To handle inter-departmental coordination and follow-ups.**

**16. Prepare presentations & MIS reports by collecting, and analyzing relevant information.**

**17. Organize, plan & logistics support needs for meetings, conferences & seminars.**

**18. Implement & maintain procedures to ensure MD’s office is well organized at all times.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
