The Production Operator plays a crucial role in our manufacturing facility, responsible for producing a wide range of steel and metal products. The operator will work with various machinery and tools to ensure the quality and timely production of MS Plates, Angle, Channel, Beam, TMT, Round bars, Flat bars, MS Pipe, High Tensile Plates, MS Wire, GI Sheet, GP sheet, and Colour Coated Sheets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment involved in the production of steel and metal products, such as rolling mills, cutting machines, welding equipment, and coating lines.

Set up and adjust machines for specific product dimensions, ensuring product accuracy and quality.

Monitor and control the production process, making adjustments as necessary to meet production targets and quality standards.

Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects and ensure they meet the specified quality criteria.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with machinery to ensure continuous and safe operation.

Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment, to maintain a safe working environment.

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products onto machines and transportation equipment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and address production challenges.

Maintain accurate records of production data, such as quantities produced, machine settings, and quality checks.

Participate in periodic training and development programs to stay updated on new equipment and processes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the production of steel and metal products, is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of various steel products and their manufacturing processes is beneficial.

Ability to operate and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in a physically demanding and sometimes high-temperature environment.

Basic understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to workplace safety.

**Additional Information**:This job may require the ability to lift heavy objects, work in challenging environmental conditions, and stand for extended periods. The Production Operator should be willing to work in a flexible schedule to meet production demands, which may include night shifts or weekends. **Salary**: ₹29,345.00 - ₹86,955.00 per month
