**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, professional videos that meet the project requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create videos that align with EduNirvana's brand voice and objectives.
- Enhance video and audio quality using editing software, ensuring a high standard of final output.
- Add music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects to videos.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertising.
- Assist in video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and shot composition.
- Operate cameras and other video equipment as needed to capture high-quality footage.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.
- Review and make revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video and audio production techniques.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex information into engaging visual content.
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting setups, and video shooting techniques.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in educational or promotional video production.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and animation software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
