Evening Learning Centers are platforms that aim at bringing **equity in education **by providing **formal / informal **platforms to educate (Pass Class 10) the Out-of-School adolescents / adults, carve them into conscious **leaders **and **build a strong academic foundation **leading to **better jobs **and **better standard of living.**

**Who are we looking for?**

If you are passionate about changing the lives of out of School students, We are looking for you We are looking for individuals who are passionate and have displayed leadership roles

in challenging situations. Have passion for working with out-of-school adolescents.
Individuals who have worked with educational models across India would be preferred.

**Educational Qualification**:Post graduate in Social Work/ Social Science/ Education/
Psychology. If you have previous experience in policy making, advocacy and have come up with a creative solution for a community challenge, you are an asset to our organization.

Q) What is the Selection Process?

**Stage 2**:Essay Writing
**Stage 3**:Group Discussion and Personal Interview
*Entry to the subsequent stages is based on the performance in each stage.

Q) Will the training period be offline or online?

The training module has been designed for both online and offline. During the offline training period you will have to travel to our Head office in Mumbai. The stay and travel will be provided by the organization.

Q) On what basis will we be allotted the cities?

the fellow will have to look for housing options and the organization will not be paying any relocation or housing expenses.

Q) Can I do this fellowship along with my current job?

The fellowship is a two year full-time program. It is advisable that you do not do a job along with the fellowship as it requires a strong commitment.

The organization follows strict guidelines of POSH policies. Our trainers, staff, and all stakeholders are trained on the same. We have a child rights and POSH committee that ensures grievances are resolved and strict action is taken in any case of non compliance of the policy.

Q) What has the fellowship to offer for my professional and personal growth?

The two year on ground experience will equip you to deal with different types of stakeholders in just one fellowship. We not only deal with students of smaller age groups but also our classrooms are filled with diverse age groups ranging from 14- 70 years of age. You will polish your leadership skills and be skilled to deal with people within an unstructured environment.

Q) What are the opportunities available to me post fellowship?

Based on your interest and skill sets, the organization will help you in connecting you with people of your field. The organization will also provide you with the opportunity to be on board with us as an employee. Not only this, the two year fellowship will train you to be a social entrepreneur so that you can start your own Evening Learning Centers in other parts of the country.

Q) Do I need to know the regional language?

Not knowing the regional language will not in any way hinder your selection process.
However, knowing the regional languages such as Gujarati and Marathi will help you to connect better with the students and stakeholders.

Q) What if I leave the fellowship before the completion of two years?

We hope to provide you the best fellowship experience so you don’t have to think about that.
However, in any case, you will have to serve the one-month notice period. You will not be provided the fellowship completion certificate.
