Licensed Clinical Psychologist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an RCI-recognized institution.
- Completion of an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (mandatory for RCI registration).
- Valid RCI-approved license to practice as a clinical psychologist.
- Proven experience in providing psychological assessment and therapy.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and psychological theories.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and compassion for clients facing mental health challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
