- Craft compelling and creative Marathi content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and print media.
- Should have knowledge of political content.
- Utilize journalistic skills to research, investigate, and gather information for unique and engaging stories and articles.
- Translate and adapt content from different languages into Marathi while maintaining originality and creativity.
- Stay abreast of current events, cultural trends, and news in Marathi-speaking regions to produce relevant and captivating content.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and multimedia specialists to develop multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive features.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the quality and consistency of content.
- Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders and experts to add depth and perspective to content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Monitor audience engagement and feedback to refine content strategies and optimize performance.
- Uphold ethical standards and principles of journalism while producing content that entertains, informs, and inspires Marathi-speaking audiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in written and spoken Marathi, with a keen understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and stylistic nuances.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a journalist or content writer, with a focus on creative storytelling and content creation in Marathi.
- Strong research skills and ability to generate original ideas and perspectives.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a knack for engaging and captivating audiences.
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate, and credible content.
- Adaptability to evolving trends and preferences in content consumption.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and the power of storytelling to connect with audiences.
