**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design high-quality **graphics, illustrations, and visual assets** for digital and print media.
- Develop and maintain **brand identities, marketing materials, social media creatives, infographics, and web assets** tailored to international audiences.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UI/UX, developers) to ensure consistency in brand visuals.
- Create **mockups, wireframes, and prototypes** in Figma to visualize design concepts for web and mobile platforms.
- Deliver **engaging visual content** aligned with client objectives, style guidelines, and cultural nuances of UK/US audiences.
- Ensure all designs are **pixel-perfect, modern, and market-appropriate** while meeting project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the international creative industry.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **branding, digital ads, social media creatives, UI/UX visuals, and print design**.
- Solid understanding of **color theory, typography, layouts, and composition**.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into **clear, engaging visuals**.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability to different design styles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international clients.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field** (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience working with **UK/US clients or agencies**.
- Familiarity with **UI/UX principles** and responsive design practices.
- Knowledge of **motion graphics or video editing tools** (a plus).
