Capthical Hub Private Limited is an accounting outsourcing company and is seeking a reviewer or manager who has experience in Australian Bookkeeping, Accounting, and taxation to join the amazing team.

**Location: Surat (work from office)**

**Job Roles**:

- Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards
- Manage and supervise a team of accountants and tax professionals.
- Identify training needs within the team and provide or facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior team members, allowing them to gain experience and develop their skills under your guidance
- Establish a structured and comprehensive review process for all bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation work conducted by junior team members.

- Knowledge and skills:

- Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Taxation work through software like MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Quick Learner, actively seek to expand knowledge and develop expertise
- Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
