Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling tile products to dealers and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
- Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of tile products and construction materials (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Experience in the tile industry will be preferred.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
