As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity. You will be responsible for creating compelling graphics and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually engaging graphics for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.)
- Create short video content and reels to promote the brand and real estate listings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
- Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Edit photos and videos for optimal clarity and impact

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to create both static and animated content
- Video editing skills and understanding of social media formats
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous design and video work (required)
