**Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints
- Process bills, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and billing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Meet and greet customers, contractors, and architects at our shop

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

**Experience**: 1 - 2 Years

**Salary**: Starting ₹20000

**Location**: Kochi
