**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage incoming orders accurately.
- Track and update order status in the system.
- Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
- Maintain updated records of orders, shipments, and customer details.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Handle inquiries from clients and internal teams professionally.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Present data insights and maintain organized records.
- **Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelors and Masters from commerce background required.
- Minimum Exp : Fresher can apply.
- Maximum Exp : 3 Years.
- **Skills and Competencies Required**:

- Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets, formulas, and basic reporting tools.
- Familiarity with general computer operations and data management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining data integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
