Functional role:

- **Hands on experience in Quality Assurance, Dept. Budgeting, and Regulatory Audits of Quality & Food Safety**;
- Developing, formulating and maintaining quality control objectives with reference to **QC-QA Checklist** / SOP/ Policy and Procedure. Review and maintain Quality plan.
- Effective implementations of **FSSAI, FSMS FSSC: 22000, HACCP, Halal**, etc.
- Developing storage/handling guideline for Raw material and Packaging material to maintain **LIFO / FEFO**.
- Drive Continuous Improvement plan with respect to **QMS** and Operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and building defect free processes.
- **Maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point). **Analyse the current defects and process capabilities of processing and packaging.
- Approve or reject all raw materials, packaging materials, labelling and finished products before approving for despatch or distribution.
- **Review all production records for accuracy and completeness before approving for distribution**
- Make recommendations and implement Cost measures without compromising on Quality.
- **Prepare and maintain 100% proper records and documentation for implementation of Snack Food safety Management System requirements**
- **Approve changes to procedures, formulas, and ensure latest process and measures are adhered to as a Quality policy**
- Perform all the required tests to ensure composition, density, moisture, dimension parameters are maintained and to ensure that products are not contaminated or adulterated.
- **Take the sample from all stages of production like raw material, in-process, finish product & analyze them, keep the record of all tastings.**
- Investigation & Attending internal customer complaint from Sales team, marketing team and Distributor. As well as external consumer complaints
- **Conduct Internal Quality audits to verify compliance to regulations at frequent intervals as part of KRA**
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and regulatory agencies

Preferred Skills:

- Process driven and Analytical approach
- Abilities to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions for quality related issues.
- Strong process knowledge in HACCP, GMP and related quality standards applicable within the Food & Beverages segment.
- Should have a Proactive, ethical, committed and professional approach to work.
- Ensure time bound work and execution as per standard parameters.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
