A fast-growing professionally managed Company is looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented professional Law officer to work at the corporate office, in Hyderabad to meet its growth objectives.

**Qualification**: Qualified LLB/LLM graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in court proceedings, and legal and general administration.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (labour law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)

2. Collaborate with management to devise efficient defence strategies

3. Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance

4. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations

6. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.

7. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights

8. Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces

9. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization

10. Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility

11. Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
