**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to prospective students to generate interest in our educational programs.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
- **Counseling**: Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, fees, and admission process.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to nurture leads and close deals.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze call metrics to identify areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Graduation
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in tele-calling
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

**Preferred Location**: Noida or Greater Noida

**Salary**: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and potential)
