**Qualification Requirements**:

- Essential: M.Ed with any Master’s degree (MA/M.Com or equivalent).
- Must possess a B.Ed degree.
- Teaching experience of 0-1 year preferred.
- NET Qualified

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lectures and practical sessions for B.Ed students in line with the curriculum.
- Design and deliver instructional materials that adhere to the latest educational methodologies.
- Engage in academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance for students.
- Participate in departmental activities, including seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Assist in curriculum development, research, and assessment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
