- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, Servers Administration and Azure DevOps
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Adhering to ITIL processes, SLAs
- Attend Weekly, Monthly calls with clients
- Ability to take challenges and try to multi-task whenever work demands
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work on 24x7 rotational shifts

**Required Skills**:

- 2-8 Years of Hands on experience on Azure cloud, Windows Servers 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016
- Deploying Windows servers, configuring IIS and administrating the servers.
- Implementation and administration of Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
- Akamai and other CDN configuration and administration
- Azure storage lifecycle maintenance, BLOB storage
- Azure DevOps pipeline, release and Azure DevTest Lab knowledge
- Hands-on experience on Windows Administration and services like DNS, DHCP, WINS, FTP, and IIS
- IIS Administration.
- IIS troubleshooting and logs reading.
- DNS knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Networking concepts (Subnetting, CIDR).
- Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS knowledge.
- DMZ, Firewall, Load balancers, Application Firewalls
- Windows Scheduling knowledge
- Windows basic scripting knowledge.
- Power shell scripting knowledge.
- Web Application configuration knowledge.
- Basic CMS Application knowledge.
- Incident and service request management, ITIL Knowledge (ITIL certified preferred)
- Azure Backup and Restore of Windows environment in case of disaster

**Certification**:

- Azure cloud certification (Implementing and Administration)
- DevOps and Azure Devops trained.
- ITIL certification.
