We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist** to join our dynamic team. As an SMO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving social media growth, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing content across multiple social platforms. You will be crafting compelling content, designing eye-catching visuals, and executing data-driven social media campaigns. Your expertise in social media trends, content optimization, and online reputation management will be key in growing the brand’s digital presence and engaging with the audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Creative Content Writing**:

- Craft compelling, engaging, and on-brand written content for social media platforms to align with brand messaging and goals.
- Ensure content is tailored to platform-specific needs, maintaining consistency across channels.
- **Digital-Social Media Campaign Design & Implementation**:

- Plan, design, and execute creative social media campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
- **Social Media Optimization**:

- Optimize social media profiles, posts, and content to increase organic reach and engagement.
- Develop strategies to enhance the discoverability of brand content and improve overall performance on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Online Reputation Management (ORM)**:

- Monitor the brand’s online reputation across social media platforms, responding to comments, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns in order to maintain a positive brand image.
- **Social Media Creative Content**:

- Design eye-catching and on-brand visual content (including graphics, banners, and advertisements) for posts and social media stories.
- Create a variety of visual content that aligns with brand aesthetics and engages target audiences.
- **Blogs & Storytelling (Infographics)**:

- Write engaging blog posts and articles that tell compelling stories aligned with the brand’s voice.
- Create infographics to simplify complex information and make it shareable across social platforms.
- **YouTube Descriptions & Video Scripting**:

- Write compelling YouTube video descriptions to optimize video content for search engines.
- Assist in scripting engaging video content for YouTube and other social media platforms.
- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Collaborate with influencers to develop authentic campaigns that align with brand goals, broadening brand reach and engagement.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers that fit the brand’s image and audience.
- **Social Media Calendar Management**:

- Plan, organize, and maintain a consistent social media calendar to ensure timely posting, content consistency, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate content scheduling across various platforms and adjust based on real-time data.
- **Canva Design**:

- Utilize Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing graphics, banners, templates, and posts for social media.
- Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and optimized for platform specifications.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and optimization (1-2 years of experience preferred).
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for creating visually engaging content.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and trends.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and working with influencers.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyse and interpret social media metrics to inform decisions and improve strategies.
