**Roles & responsibilities**:

-  Requirement for energetic and diligent Managers for Life Insurance Companies
- Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors
-  Drive business targets through Advisors
- Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy; achieve the target
- Focus on sales team management, geographic coverage, & managing the spread.
- Generate leads in the open market.
