**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our team. As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to new potential or existing customers, introduce products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales. You should be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound queries and convert them into leads/sales.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients.
- Explain products/services clearly and accurately.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Provide feedback to the team for process improvement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage
