**Nurse Educator Requirements**:

- A master's or doctoral degree in nursing.
- A Certified Nurse Education certification.
- A Registered Nursing Licence.
- A strong clinical background.
- A working knowledge of the theories of education and learning to design curricula.
- Current working knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Participating in work of units, evaluating and identifying areas of need of specific education, training nurses

2. ⁠Preparing and conducting training and continuing education program for nurses and paramedical staff

3. ⁠Coordinating practical experience programs for nurses.

4. ⁠Providing encouragement and assistance to nurses/ paramedical staff to maintain current knowledge in nursing practices and research

5. ⁠Participating in maintenance of up to date policies and procedures

6. ⁠Teaching paramedical students

7. ⁠creating lesson plan, demonstrating techniques and overseeing clinical practice components for paramedical students

8. ⁠Cinducying and grading exams and assignments

9. ⁠Documenting student attendance, participation and performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
