**Job Title: BDE Intern (Educational Survey)**

Connectsoft Infotech, in partnership with **Sambodhi Multipurpose Educational Society**, is on a mission to enhance early childhood education by understanding community needs and creating impactful programs. This project focuses on surveying families to identify the educational requirements and developmental needs of children aged 1-5 years, with the goal of informing and designing better educational initiatives.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic **Business Development Intern** to conduct and analyze educational surveys in the community. The role involves gathering insights from families and stakeholders to support Sambodhi Multipurpose Educational Society's mission of transforming early education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute surveys targeting families with children aged 1-5 years to understand educational needs and preferences.
- Conduct fieldwork, including interviews and community outreach, to gather data effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to design survey materials and manage their distribution.
- Organize and analyze data to extract actionable insights.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate survey findings.
- Identify trends and opportunities for business and program development based on survey data.
- Support additional business development activities, including outreach and proposal drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree, BBA and MBA _**Pursuing **_preferred.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Education, Sociology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with families and community members.
- Basic data analysis skills; familiarity with tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for education and community development, especially in early childhood.
- Knowledge of the local area and its demographics is an advantage.

**Internship Stipend**

The internship stipend ranges from ₹1000 to ₹3000.
