VM display, Competitive analysis to near by stores in other malls, stock movement details, Product display and condition

Audit the stores on revenue share, Check their inventory on stock availability,

Seasonal stock available at store, visit to similar brand stores in other mall for comparison,

preparing the report and presenting to mgmt. Comparison on VM window display with other stores.
