As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our products or services to our target audience. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to identify and understand customer needs and create campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research: Conduct research to understand customer needs and market trends to inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and effectively communicate product features and benefits.

Analyze campaign performance: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Manage budgets: Manage marketing budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices to ensure that marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as Google Analytics.

Experience managing budgets and timelines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative and strategic thinker.

Understanding of social media and digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹9,478.02 - ₹31,211.38 per month
