1. **Student Counseling**: Guide students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and admission processes for IIT-JEE, NEET, and foundation programs.

2. **Lead Management**: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into admissions.

3. **Career Guidance**: Provide insights on career opportunities and help students select the right course based on their goals.

5. **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents for continued trust and engagement.

6. **Promotional Activities**: Participate in seminars, workshops, and events to promote institute programs.

7. **Reporting**: Maintain records of counseling sessions and admissions and share progress reports with the management team.

8. **Calling and Follow-ups**: Conduct regular calls to prospective students and parents, ensuring timely follow-ups to enhance enrollment rates.
