We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Counselor to join our team. The Counselor will be responsible for providing academic and support to students, guiding them through their educational journey, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic and career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or academic challenges.
- Assist in identifying their strengths and interests and guide them in choosing suitable courses and career paths.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, academic plans, and any interventions provided.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple student cases and maintain accurate records.
- A compassionate approach with the ability to listen and understand students' needs.
- Work closely with faculty, administrative staff, and other counselors to ensure a holistic approach and success.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in counseling or a related field.
- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Skill Required**
- Understanding of Education-Based Counseling
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in academic advising software and tools.
- Prior experience in academic or career counseling is advantageous but not mandatory.
