We are looking for a passionate and dynamic **Floor Captain** to join our team The Floor Captain will oversee the smooth operation of the dining area, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate with the service team, and maintain high service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and support the service staff during operations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and queries professionally.
- Maintain a smooth workflow between the kitchen and service teams.
- Assign tables and sections to service staff based on business needs.
- Train and guide new and existing staff on service standards.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Coordinate special requests and events with management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
