We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dwarka, Delhi, and we are looking for a passionate and creative **Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our team. If you are a fresh graduate with a strong interest in social media platforms and want to kickstart your career in digital marketing, we would love to have you on board

As a **Social Media Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of social media campaigns, content creation, and growing brand visibility across various platforms. You will engage with audiences on social media, create compelling content, and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging and creative content (posts, graphics, videos) to increase brand visibility
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms
- Help with social media campaigns, including paid advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Track and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns
- Stay updated on current social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing content
- Assist in running contests, giveaways, and other engagement activities
- Prepare reports and insights on social media performance and growth

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in marketing, communications, or business)
- Strong passion for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and content creation
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new trends
- Prior knowledge or experience in social media management is a plus (but not required)
