**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Graphic Designer (Fresher)** to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visual content across digital and print platforms that aligns with our brand and communication goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing visual content for social media, websites, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Support senior designers in developing layouts, graphics, and illustrations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design strategy discussions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
- Edit and retouch images when necessary.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
- A portfolio (academic or freelance work) showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively.
