**Job Title**: Senior Visa Counselor (UK & Australia Expert)
**Location**: Sector 34A, Chandigarh

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 3-5 years (Minimum 2 years in UK and Australia visa counseling)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **comprehensive counseling** to students regarding study options in the UK and Australia.
- Evaluate student profiles and assess their **eligibility** based on academic background, financial documents, and immigration policies.
- Stay updated on the **latest visa policies**, embassy requirements, and updates from partner institutions.
- Review and verify all documents before submission to ensure **accuracy and compliance**.
- Maintain **student records**, follow-ups, and conversion tracking in the CRM system.
- Train junior counselors and provide support where needed.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, and other promotional events.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in **UK and Australia student visa counseling**.
- In-depth knowledge of **UKVI** and **Australian Department of Home Affairs** guidelines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student CRM platforms.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

**Preferred**:

- Certification in **QEAC (Qualified Education Agent Counsellor)** for Australia.
- Familiarity with tools like ApplyBoard, GTE portals, and institution-specific agent dashboards.
