**Introduction**:
We are looking for a UX Research Intern to join our team. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless. As a UX Research Intern, you will be working closely with product managers, designers, and developers to identify and prioritize research opportunities to satisfy both business and user goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Meet/call with users/clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing, or usability testing

2. Be involved in sketching, prototyping, and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team.

3. Get insights on building new product/business lines by talking to a varied set of users.

4. Proactively research different user cohorts both from a quantitative and qualitative research perspective.

5. Put users at the center of a design to make it simple, easy to use, and be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the design development to business users

6. Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including designers, product managers, product marketing, data, web developers, and programmers.

**What you bring to the table**:
1. Bachelor’s or MS in any human behavior-related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience in computing science, design, human-centered interaction, psychology, web design, and development)

2. Experience planning and executing research

3. Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX Research

4. Proven ability to implement appropriate qualitative research methods effectively

5. Experience in UX Research

6. Experience in Qualitative Research

7. Experience in Quantitative Research

8. Proven competency in:

- Microsoft Excel -Figma -Any User Testing tool (Maze, Useberry, etc.)

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
