We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems on construction sites. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of MEP teams, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage MEP installation, maintenance, and testing activities on-site.
- Ensure the work is carried out in compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of MEP tasks.
- Monitor the quality and progress of MEP installations, providing guidance and support to workers.
- Conduct inspections of MEP systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work activities, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to MEP systems.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP tasks in accordance with project schedules.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety standards on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,499.58 - ₹25,386.47 per month
