**Job Purpose**

Procure to Pay Fiber, Mobility &Transport related operations and all Opex related items and services for the circle.

**Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities**
- Creating RFQ/RFP and overseeing competitive bidding cycles in Ariba.
- Managing procure to pay cycle including Purchase Requisition.
- Track budget vs PR/PO release status.
- Documentation of NFA/BPA, PO and Contracts Digitally and Physically.
- Service Contract Management with various vendors,
- Provide support to Cluster Fiber Lead for MS Insourcing and Marketing,Admin,CS, Postpaid functional leads for partner management
- Incumbent should be able to communicate with the Cross Functional team and suppliers.
- Support in procurement of materials and services for MS insourcing at local level - additional FRT's, vehicles etc. coordination additional material storage locations with partners, repair service and return for tools, calibration coordination. Items related to Brand like PoSM and OOH.SIM card supply and inventory Management
- Supplies and services for New Stores rollout across circle
- OFC Service Contract Management with New Partner Evaluation and Vendors.
- Supporting in on boarding of New Vendors as per VIL Policy.
- Commercial support for Cluster Fiber Operations Process, supply and service for all opex related items and services related to Marketing,Sales,CS,Postpaid& Admin) Compliances Price Benchmarking and Process Optimization

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

5+Years in Telecom Industry

PR/PO and Contract management, Vendor Communication, Coordination and MIS

Knowledge of Fiber Products and Services, Opex (Fiber, Duct, Joint Closure, Tools, Splicing Machine etc. Opex Products and

Service related activities, BoQ

High level of Integrity ,ethics and value system.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

Graduate/ Post Graduate

MS Office, SAP S4 HANA WHM Module, P2P and process, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Mail.

**Key Performance Indicators**

Relevant BSC parameters under Procurement category for respective services and supplies.

Timely closure of open PR and PO.

Inventory management

Monitoring of timely supply and services from vendors.
