Marketing Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities to create awareness about fertilizer products.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Support distributors and dealers in achieving their sales targets.
- Ensure timely supply and availability of products in the market.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and marketing reports to management.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure smooth distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical marketing practices.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of fertilizers, agriculture practices, and rural markets.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong dealer and farmer relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Science or equivalent.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹42,041.61 per month
