
Accounts and Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Financial Management:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts received.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and analyze estimates, and financial reports and provide insights for business decision-making.
Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee and optimize store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory levels. conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate restocking efforts.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve operational processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variences analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents for external audits and liaised with auditors as needed.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Work closely with the sales team in managing store stock of products, making estimates and following up on payments.
- Work closely with delivery and logistic partners.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Must have experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
