As a receptionist, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional front-line customer service by welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls. You will be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Engage with customers.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the organization's services.
- Take Reviews
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and efficiency.
**Working Conditions**:
- This role generally involves working in an office environment.
- On weekends and public holidays, the reporting time will be sharp 11am.
- Occasionally, flexibility may be required to accommodate events or special circumstances.
