**SUBJECT TEACHERS**: **PHYSICS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Map out sessions and class plans, design and develop training programs.
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
- Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal & external faculty.
- **Should be able to conduct classes for 9th to 12th standards.**:

- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.

Requirements **Proven work experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting**
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern teaching methods and techniques
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- B.Sc degree in Education, Training,

Educational Qualification : B.Sc., M.Sc**Experience **: **3 - 5 years.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,727.97 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
