Autocad Draughtsman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shop Drawing, Technical Drawing, and Architectural Drawings skills
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience in creating detailed structural drawings
- Knowledge of construction and engineering principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
- Prepare detailed structural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design concepts.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Revise and update drawings as per project specifications and feedback.
- Ensure all drawings meet the company's quality standards and project deadlines.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and project records.
- Remotely work with our client based in Abu Dhabi from our Chalakudy Office.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Review and modify existing drawings based on feedback.
- Maintain project documentation and drawings in an organized manner.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of other CAD software such as Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
- Experience with site visits and understanding project workflows.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
