**Role Description**

**Summary**:
This position is part of the India HR team. This is responsible for leading the Payroll and Benefits team managing the Payroll Transactions Management Process for India and overseeing the administration for specific Benefits for India, Singapore, HK, UK, US and Ireland. This position is also responsible for ensuring fulfillment of statutory and regulatory requirements within the Payroll and Benefits administration context.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Knowledge of India direct tax laws and employment laws
- Understanding of benefit offerings and processes across geographies such as India, APAC, US, UK
- Experience in managing/ developing/ designing payroll systems/ elements/ processes
- Vendor management exposure including technology security and commercial aspects
- Appreciation of payment systems and electronic bank transfer mechanisms
- Database administration skills desired

**Your skills and experience**
- B.Com/ M.Com/ CA/ ICWA/ MBA
- 10 years post qualification experience as a Payroll and Benefits Manager/ Administrator
- Good communication skills
