**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Counseling and Guidance**: Advice students and professionals on available IT courses, certifications, career paths, and skill development programs.
- **Career Planning**: Help individuals create a roadmap for career progression in IT, recommending relevant courses, certifications, and skills based on their background and career goals.
- **Follow-up and Mentorship**: Maintain regular contact with students, providing ongoing support and motivation throughout the program to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- **Coordinate with Faculty**: Work closely with teaching staff to understand program structures and relay student feedback to improve course delivery.
- **Organize Information Sessions**: Plan and conduct workshops, webinars, and open houses to introduce various IT courses and career pathways to prospective students.
- **Reporting**: Keep accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and admissions statistics to help in improving services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience in counseling, academic advising, or student support, preferably in the IT or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT programs, courses, certifications, and career paths.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online course delivery.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Experience in career counseling or education planning.
