Installation,maintenance, Testing and repair of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, electropneumatic and other recording, telemetering and instrumentation devices and equipments and perform related work as required.

responsibility:
HSE:
Shall carry out his duties safely, and shall comply with all Company safety procedures, and programs. To follow the
Maintenance procedure as stipulated in the Standard Maintenance Procedure.

Maintenance:
To use the calibrating equipment for the calibration of Instruments and Valves.
To use the proper tools for installation and repair of any Instruments or Valves
To do the troubleshooting job effectively and efficiently in case of fault durign plant production time and must carry out the housekeeping activity after the completion of job
Keeps tools and testing equipment in good order and maintains good housekeeping in the work area.
Carries out on-call maintenance activities on weekends if needed.

Performs scheduled preventive maintenance of all Instruments and Valves. Observes abnormal conditions and takes necessary action to prevent premature failures. Maintains updated records and history of equipment and preventive maintenance records.

To prform the Calibration of Various Instruments such as level transmitter, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, positon transmitter, PH transmitter, Oxygen transmitter,Conductivity Transmitter, Consistency transmitter Vibration transmitter and Control Valves on certain period such as after every 3 Months or 6 months as per the maintenance philosophy.

To carry out the fault diagnosis and troubleshoot for Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuit effectively and efficiently.
To Clean on regular interval the DCS & PLC Panels, and Consoles
To service the faulty valves and its positoners
To perform the Funtion Test of Emergency Push Button, RTDs and Thermocoulples, various proximity sensors & ON/OFF Valves
To execute the calibration of pressure swithes, flow switches, Differential Pressure switches and Various gauges such as Pressure Gauge, Temperature gauge
To fill up the Checklist for each performed calibration or function test and get approved by Instrument Engineer and file it

Must have maintenance experience in Paper Mill is prefer

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
