We are seeking talented, customer-concentric Applicant in **filling Application**s, finalizing their visa documents and also conduct mock interview session to prepare students.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Ability to learn and understand the entry requirements of destinations like the **Canada and UK**:

- Evaluating the documents submitted by students
- Manage and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Must ensure that there are less pendency’s regarding cases.
- Check every detail on OL, COE, CAS(DOB, Fee, Dates.)
- Must have proper coordination with each department and check the format of SOP’s according to the university and college.
- If any university/college rejects any case then that case should be reapplied within next 24 hours.
- Must ensure that interviews are conducted properly & timely.
- Explain the institution’s fee structure, amenities, courses offered, and facilities to prospective students and parents
- Guide applicants through processes of getting admissions in Educational institutes of Canada, visas process, and obtain required documents from and for them w.r.t getting them offer letter/s, student visa, and other related services.
- Tracked students profile status about institution offer letters and fees.
- Take follow ups from the clients who have already visited.
- Maintain record of clients attended.
- Coordinate with different departments for the smooth run of the work.

**Qualifications and preferable skill Requirements**
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in handling admissions for Canada and Australia and United Kingdom at a study abroad education organization/ university.
- Ability to approach situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software, MS Office.
- Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a "get-it-done" attitude
- The Admission officer will be responsible for documentations, eligibity checks and Application Filing enrolled students.
- The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
