**Job Overview**:
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing unit as Helpers in Changodar. The role involves assisting in various production processes, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and supporting the efficient operation of our facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Assist in manufacturing processes, including mixing, filling, packing, and labeling.
✔Handle raw materials and finished goods with care.
✔Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
✔Support machine operators and technicians as needed.
✔Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
✔Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Hard Skills**:
✔Basic knowledge of handling manufacturing equipment.
✔Ability to lift and move materials as required.
✔Understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.

**Soft Skills**:
✔Teamwork and collaboration.
✔Attention to detail.
✔Ability to follow instructions.
✔Punctuality and discipline.
✔Education & Certifications:
✔Minimum 10th standard pass preferred.
✔No specific certification required, but prior experience in a manufacturing unit is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:
✔0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
✔Experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industry is an advantage.
